　　Due to the entities alteration, the original Sino-US joint venture company - Wuhan Crown Friendship Edible Oils Eng. Co., Ltd. has changed to a wholly foreign-owned enterprise named Crown Asia Engineering (Wuhan) Co., Ltd. since October 24th, 2012. The new Crown Asia Engineering (Wuhan) Co., Ltd. will promote the original edible oil products and projects not only in China, but also expand to Asia.

　　Business of "Wuhan Crown Friendship Edible Oils Eng. Co., Ltd." will be continuously operated by “Crown Asia Engineering (Wuhan) Co., Ltd.”. Those contracts signed with the original company will remain in force, the original business relationship and service commitments keep unchanged. From now on, all of the business will use new company name, but the company addresses and contact information will be temporarily unchanged.
